Refunds are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.

All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining device security

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure,
app uninstallation, operating system issues, or accidental deletion.

5. Availability

Pomo is available on Android, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all future operating system versions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pomo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for productivity outcomes, indirect damages, device-specific issues,
or loss of data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
